Unboxing: Nike+ FuelBand

In this episode of It's Unboxed we take a look at the packaging behind Nike's latest fitness gadget, the Nike+ FuelBand

Part game, part gadget and designed with the aspiring athlete in mind, the FuelBand tracks daily activity (steps, motion, calories burned and something called Nike Fuel) and graphs it out in real-time through the magic of an iPhone app. Released in late February, this little device has been somewhat tricky to get. Luckily It's Unboxed studios aren't too far away from Niketown NYC, which has been releasing a limited number of FuelBand's each morning when it opens shop. We found both the packaging, and the manufactured scarcity to be quite Apple-like in nature. As for the device itself, it's pretty sleek and easy to use once you navigate through Nike's setup process.

But all of that is secondary for us. What we really want to know is what's in the box. Here's a look.

Unboxing: Family Guy Total World Domination Collection

We were a bit hesitant to bring this classic It's Unboxed episode to light, but it nonetheless remains among the top performing unboxing videos we filmed. You'll see our mistake as we discuss the product we unbox.

Here's the gist of it:

Watch as It's Unboxed uncovers "Family Guy: The Total World Domination Collection," a boxed-set exclusive from Amazon.com. Contained within this life-sized (football-sized?) Stewie Griffin head are 22 DVDs, including the first seven seasons of "Family Guy," "Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story," and "Blue Harvest."

Unboxing: Transformers Smokescreen

Back in the day, Transformers was a thing. And then Michael Bay and Shia LaBeouf (where's the beef?) came along and made Transformers a thing again.

Anythehoo... back in the day when It's Unboxed was just starting to become a thing, Langley went and bought a Transformers action figure. Was it indeed more than meets the eye? Watch and find out.

Unboxing: Roku LT

It's the first new episode of It's Unboxed in about two years!

And my, how things have changed.

Back in the day, Matt had to buy DVDs in order to watch movies at home. Physical media! But now, it's all about movies served up over the Internet by the likes of Netflix Instant, Amazon Prime and Hulu Plus. So to catch up with the times, we got our hands on a Roku LT.

What, you ask, goes into the packaging of a $50 streaming media player? Watch and find out.
